VISIT ALASKA August 15-25, 2020
Tour price includes transportation within Alaska with the group, lodging, special events, and some dining (but not all). It does not cover airline expense to and from Anchorage, Alaska. From there the trip includes a “26 Glacier Cruise”, a visit to Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, a train ride to Denali, a bus tour at Denali, a visit to Fairbanks where we’ll go on a Riverboat Discovery cruise and tour a gold mine, a ferry ride to Valdez and back to Anchorage.
Previous trips:
New Orleans, LA where we enjoyed the French Quarter, Beignets, a Paddleboat Cruise, The Natchez Spring Pilgrimage, Antebellum homes, concerts, and the Vicksburg Civil War Site.
Victoria, BC where we flew to Seattle. We spent a day at Pike Place Market and ate at the Space Needle, then took the ferry over to Victoria BC where we spent 5 days touring lighthouses, museums, IMAX Theater, and an Observatory.
Cape Cod, MA where we toured Heritage Museum & Gardens, Plymouth Rock and Mayflower II, Plimouth Plantation, 3 Lighthouses, took a harbor cruise in Hyannis, and toured Chatham, Woods Hole, Truro and Provincetown.
